Our workshop is back open to walk in visits! However, we still strongly advise to arrange a visit with us first as we are still trying to reduce contact with customers as much as possible to keep us and you as safe as we can!
WORKLOAD & Emails
We are currently receiving many emails per day for quotes and work and we’ve completely overwhelmed by your support. It’s our busiest year to date!
Unfortunately, this is delaying us in getting back to your enquiries but we’re doing our best and will be in touch when we can.
Contacting Us
The best way to contact us still is via EMAIL. We will try to get to the phone when we can but with a busy workshop and machinery going most of the time it’s just not possible or we don’t hear it!
All emails are checked daily and we respond to them in the order they come in unless urgent!
We are currently open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm until further notice.
Visiting Us
Please arrange a date and time first!
Our office and meeting room is closed to visitors until further notice. If you need to discuss a build with us, please arrange a date and time first! We are more than happy to discuss your works in our workshop downstairs or outside around your van!
Please could you remember your face mask when visiting us.
Hand sanitiser is located inside the front door.
Supplies & Workload
We are currently finding supplies to be the biggest issue at the moment on some parts. The industry is at an all time high and supplies are very limited. Not only this but with shortages of raw materials we’ve found that we’ve had items on back order from the manufacturers for over 6 months at a time before receiving the items.
With the current pandemic and now Brexit, it’s slowing items down coming from the EU such as, RIB Seats, Windows/Curtains, Roof bars, Appliances.
Booking a build slot
All future work can be arranged via email or phone.
Currently we are fully booked for FULL CONVERSIONS until February 2022. Smaller works such as window fitting, diesel heaters, electrical etc.. can be booked in before this date at the moment.
